Training Lounge Terms & Agreement

BOOKING POLICY

• All bookings must be approved via inquiry form and confirmed in writing
• Dates are not secured until deposit is received
• We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not align with the space standards or brand

 

SPACE USE

• The Training Lounge is a semi-private space designed for educational, workshop, and content-based use
• Maximum capacity is 10 seated guests
• Clients are responsible for ensuring guest count does not exceed capacity at any time
• Furniture provided includes: 4 chairs and 1 table
• Clients may bring additional chairs, tables, or setup items as needed

ACCESS & AMENITIES

Included with booking:
• Waiting lounge access
• Washroom access
• Storage access (for setup use only)
• Free WiFi
• Free parking
• 2 wall areas for branding or promotional visuals

 

SPACE CONDITION

• The space must be returned in the same condition it was received
• All garbage must be disposed of properly before departure
• Any decor, tape, or setup materials must be fully removed
• Failure to leave the space clean may result in additional cleaning fees

 

DAMAGE POLICY

• Client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests
• This includes furniture, walls, equipment, or property
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client

 

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
• Remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the booking (before setup begins)
• Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of booking

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability
• Same-week cancellations are not eligible for transfer or refund

 

TIME POLICY

• Booking time includes setup and takedown
• Overtime is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges
• Clients must exit promptly at the agreed end time

LIABILITY

• Aj’s Doll House is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal items
• Clients are responsible for their guests at all times
• All activities conducted within the space are at the client’s own risk

CONTENT & BRANDING

• The space may be used for photography, video, and content creation
• Aj’s Doll House reserves the right to capture content in the space unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Clients may be featured on Aj’s Doll House social platforms unless they opt out in advance

AGREEMENT

By booking the Training Lounge, the client agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
