Booking Policy

Late Fees

Please arrive on time, as your arrival affects clients scheduled after you. All clients have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be charged. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If your hair was customized before your appointment by AJ, a $40 fee will be charged if not rescheduling.

Drop-Offs

Frontals, closures, and lace wigs/units (worn & new) must be dropped off at least one week prior to your appointment for customization. Drop-offs are accepted weekdays between 10 AM and 7 PM. You may slide them through our door’s mail slot with your name attached.

Payment Methods

Card & Cash only are accepted on the day of your appointment. Please note that HST will be added to all card payments.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your booked appointment. Notify us of the change by texting (647) 530-1761. Your deposit is transferable one time only to a new appointment.

Cancellations & Cancellation Fee

If you need to cancel, please avoid doing so on the day of your appointment to ensure your deposit remains transferable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will require full payment of the service fee. If the balance is unpaid, future appointments will not be accepted until the fee is cleared.

Guest Policy

For the comfort and privacy of all clients, no extra guests, pets, or children are allowed during your appointment.

Appointment Prep

Please arrive with your hair washed and blow-dried straight. Worn bundles, units, frontals, and closures must be washed before drop-off to ensure the best install. Wash & wig/bundle revamps are available as an add-on.

All service fees and deposits are non-refundable.
