Please arrive on time as your arrival time effects clients after you. All clients have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes there is an extra late fee of $10. After being 20 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment will be canceled. Another deposit will be required with booking another appointment. If your hair has been customized before to your appointment by AJ, a $40 fee will be required if not rescheduling.
Frontals, closures, and lace wigs/units (worn & new) must be dropped off at least 7 days prior to your appointment to be customized. All lace glue must be cleaned off prior to your drop off or it will not be taken. This applies if you have booked for a unit install, frontal/closure sew in, or for a custom made unit. After booking your appointment, contact us or text (647) 530 1761 to schedule your drop-off date.
All deposits must be sent by e-transfer to email@example.com. Cash only is taken on the day of your appointment.
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required with all bookings. After booking your appointment, a deposit must be sent by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and number in provided in the e-transfer message to confirm your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final service fee. Without a deposit your appointment is not confirmed.
If you can no longer make your appointment, reschedule 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. Please notify me of this change by texting me at (647) 530 1761 Your deposit is transferable for only one new appointment.
Avoid canceling on the day of your appointment or not showing up to be sure your deposit is transferable.
No extra guests, pets, or kids are allowed to be present on the day of your appointment.
Please arrive to your appointment with you hair washed and blowdried straight. Wash your worn bundles, units, and/or frontals and closures prior to dropping them off to receive the most flawless install.
