Unfortunately, at Aj's Doll House we do not offer returns or exchanges due to hygienic and sanitary reasons. All orders go through a quality inspection before being sent out to assure only high quality is being received. 

If your are unsure of the sizing of a wig, you may contact Aj's Doll House to schedule a try on/sizing session before making a purchase/placing an order. No holds are accepted without purchase. 

All deposits, services, and product fees are non-refundable.
