Shared Spaces
Please keep all shared areas clean and tidy at all times. This includes:
Storage
All suite storage spaces are labeled in the back of the location according to your suite number, including designated cabinets in the kitchenette and storage area.
- Use only your assigned storage spaces
- Keep your areas clean and organized
- Do not store items on countertops — clear surfaces keep the whole space looking elevated
Training Lounge
Free access, by reservation
Reserve the training lounge in advance using the booking link. Please leave the lounge exactly how you found it — clean, organized, and ready for the next booking.
End of Day Reminders

- Turn off your suite lights when leaving
- If you're the last one in the building, ensure both the front and back suite lights are turned off
- Take out garbage via the chute at the back of the building
- Keep both the front and back doors locked at all times — for safety and to prevent walk-ins

Book your inspection early
It's your responsibility to contact the Durham Health Department up to 2 weeks before you open your doors to clients, to receive your inspection.
