You can book an appointment with Aj through the 'Book Now ' tab. If no appointments are available, then appointments for the month are fully booked. Stay tuned to @AjsDollHouse on Instagram for opening updates. The schedule does come out monthly but you are welcome to reach out before hand if booking for a photoshoot or bridal appointment. 

Aj's Doll House Hair services schedule comes out every month. Stay tuned to my instagram posts as to the exact time and date each monthly schedule will be available, @AjsDollHouse. 

Be sure to book your appointment as soon as possible before I am fully booked. If there are no appointments showing up on the booking site, then I am fully booked. 

I do offer squeeze in VIP Hour appointments for an add on fee. To book a squeeze in appointment, contact me with your desired date and I will work around your schedule.

Aj's Doll House studio is based in Scarbrough, Toronto. 

Travel appointments are available for bridal services, photoshoots, house calls, and more. Contact Aj for further information. 

Yes! All dolls are more than welcome to bring in their own hair to be installed. Old previously worn wigs and hair is welcome as well. All previously worn wigs/hair must be cleaned of all glue and dropped off 7-10 day before your appointment.

A frontal or closure lace install lasts 2-3 weeks with correct care. If you have oily skin and work out often, your frontal or closure lace install may last you 1-2 weeks with corrects care. As oils cause the lace glue to expand and collect dirt, leading to lifting. 

Maintenance

To maintain your lace install I strongly recommend using our Melt Band to tie down your lace over night, in the shower, working out, and while putting on makeup. Also wear our Satin Bonnet when in the shower, and while sleeping to avoid tangles and breakage. To lay and maintain your edges, use our Edge Wrap to keep your baby hairs out of the way and neat.

To avoid lace bald spots, do not scratch the lace when your scalp feels irritated. Instead lightly tap, scratch your actual scalp, or take your lace off and wash your scalp as the itchiness is most likely due to a dirty and/or irritated scalp. 

To help your extensions last as long as possible, follow the following tips.

Washing

• Co-wash the hair with conditioner to bring life back to your extensions only when necessary
• Detangle by brushing with a wide tooth comb from roots to tips 
• Only use shampoo and conditioner if extensions have product build up
• Always let hair air dry and avoid brushing while wet

Storing

• Store your hair in a satin bag, air dried, detangled, and in a braid or twist. 

Styling

• If styling with heat, use a light heat protectant to avoid damage
• Always wash your extensions after, if used many products. As your extensions may have product build up and have a stiff look to it.

Maintenance 

• Wear a Satin bonnet overnight to avoid tangling
• Tie your lace down with a Melt Band at night, when in the shower, and when working out to keep that lace laid
• Wear a shower cap when in the shower
• Avoid getting makeup and face products on your lace. As oils will cause your lace to lift. You can protect your lace with our Melt Band or Edge Wrap 
• Avoid scratching your lace as it will cause shedding

Virgin Hair

You may purchase our Virgin hair through our Luxury Hair Line . This hair will last 2+ years and is perfect for the dolls who wear extensions on a regular basis, want luxurious high quality hair they can install countless times, and are willing to invest in their crown.

Remy Hair

You may purchase our remy hair through our Doll On A Budget hair line. This hair is affordable and perfect for the dolls who do not wear extensions on a regular basis, want hair for a special occasion, and do not want to break the bank. 

Remy Hair is:

• Processed Hair
• 100% Human Hair
• Lasts up to 6 months to a year
• Super silky hair
• Can be re-installed 3-5 times with correct care
• Can be coloured and bleached

Unfortunately, at Aj's Doll House we do not offer returns or exchanges due to hygienic and sanitary reasons. All orders go through a quality inspection before being sent out to assure only high quality is being received. 

If your are unsure of the sizing of a wig, you may contact Aj's Doll House to schedule a try on session before making a purchase/placing a order. No holds are accepted without purchase.

Shipping Times

All on hand orders will be processed within 3 business days. If you would like to pick up your order, you will be contacted within 72 hours when your order is available for pick up. Orders are to be picked up from our studio located in Scarborough, Toronto.

Shipping with-in Ontario - 2 to 5 Business Days

Shipping with-in Canada - 5 to 7 Business Days

International Shipping (outside of Canada) - 7 to 14 Business Days

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items will be shipped out within 7-15 business days. That includes pre-order wigs, bundles, and lace. These pre-order products are specified within their product description.
