We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Aj's Doll House and assist with behind-the-scenes tasks that help keep the brand running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, social media, organization, and being part of a fast-paced, creative environment.
Assisting with daily salon operations and errands
Managing schedules, appointments, and reminders
Responding to emails, inquiries, and client communication
Helping with content days, filming, and behind-the-scenes support
Assisting with inventory, supplies, and salon organization
Supporting with event preparation and pop-ups
Running occasional local errands
Helping maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
Assisting with admin tasks and business organization
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, positive, and trustworthy
Ability to multitask and work independently
Interest in beauty, content creation, and entrepreneurship
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Social media knowledge is a bonus
Must be reliable and punctual
Transportation/mobility is preferred
